    We currently hold ISO 13485 certification. CE certification can be applied for within one year.
    The MOQ is determined based on the specific product. Tell us the item and specification you need and we will confirm the MOQ together with the quotation.
    Samples are available and come with a fee. The sample cost can be refunded if a formal order is placed later.
    For small batches we can ship within 7–10 days. General delivery time is 15–30 days depending on the quantity.
    We generally accept T/T. Accepted payment currencies are USD and CNY, and accepted delivery terms are FOB and EXW.
    Yes. We support brand customisation, mould development, custom packaging and labelling, logo printing and the supply of components, including SKD (semi-knocked down) export.
    All products must pass 100% inspection after production before leaving the factory. R&D, procurement, production and sales processes are managed under our ISO 13485 quality management system.
    Due to fluctuations in raw material prices, quotations are valid for 30 days.
